These terms cover your use of this website. The service itself is provided under a separate written agreement with each clinic, which takes priority over anything on this site.
Information on this site
The content here is general information about Peak Clarity Point. Product screens, names, clinics and figures shown in examples are illustrative sample data, not real patients or results.
Prices
Published prices are starting points. Peak Clarity Point is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added. Final scope and price are agreed in writing before any work begins. Plans run for a minimum of three months, then month to month with 30 days’ notice.
Using the site
Please do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it or access it in ways it was not designed for. The design, text and graphics on this site belong to Peak Clarity Point unless stated otherwise. Logos of third party products belong to their owners and are shown only to indicate compatibility.

Liability
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is always error free or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
