Privacy notice
How we handle the information you share with us through this website. Last updated 5 October 2026.
Who we are
Peak Clarity Point Ltd is a company registered in Scotland, company number SC876664, with its registered office at 10/1 Elm Row, Edinburgh EH7 4AA. It was founded by Tommaso Bregani and Edoardo Kelada. For information you send us through this website, we are the data controller.
This notice covers this website and enquiries made through it. How we handle patient information on behalf of clinics is explained on our Patient data page and in each clinic’s data processing agreement.
What we collect
When you request an audit or a conversation, we collect your name, your clinic’s name, your work email, your clinic type, the option you choose and, if you give it, your phone number. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity also collect information about how you use the site, such as pages viewed, approximate location and device type. See our cookie policy.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to you, arrange your audit or call, and keep a record of our conversation. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. For analytics, our basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who it is shared with
Form submissions pass through Netlify, which hosts this website, and Resend, which delivers the emails, and are kept in Google Workspace, which we use for email and records. With your consent, Google (Analytics) and Microsoft (Clarity) process usage data. Both act on our instructions under data processing terms. Some of this processing may take place outside the UK, with the safeguards UK GDPR requires. We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after your last contact with us, unless we start working together. Client records are kept for the length of the relationship and up to six years afterwards for legal and accounting purposes.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it. Email studio@peakclaritypoint.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
