Why start with an audit?

It shows exactly where patients are lost and what each gap is worth, so any decision about PCP is based on your own numbers.

What does the setup fee cover?

On Full Platform it covers connecting your channels and diary, writing replies in your clinic’s voice and training your front desk. Essential has no setup fee.

How long is the contract?

Three months minimum, then rolling monthly. To leave, give 30 days’ notice. If you do not give notice, the plan simply continues month to month.

Is the audit really free?

Yes. You get a written report of every handoff and gap, and a walkthrough call. There is no obligation to continue.

Can we move between plans?

Yes. Most clinics start on Essential or Full Platform, and your journeys carry over when you change.
